Practice your map dowsing by predicting where the red X will appear on the grid when you open the map-page. The usual way would be to dowse on a piece of paper, with a grid of eight squares across and five squares down.

The X is placed at the time you open the map page by pressing "start" on the title page or on the tutorial page, or "again" on the map. As with the circle games, it is pseudo-random.
